Jay Adams is a content producer who loves telling a good story. He brings a news background to TAP as a multimedia journalist, producing stories and videos about employees, projects and water industry news. Adams worked as a broadcast news producer at KCNC-TV in Denver before joining the Denver Water team in 2013. He earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Iowa State University, where he got his start reporting the news for the campus TV station. His passion for water comes from growing up on a lake in Minnesota and spending his summers sailing and water skiing. Jay is an avid skier, snowboarder and mountain biker who loves teaching his two daughters about all Colorado has to offer and the importance of water in the West.
