Saving water in Denver will never go out of style, even if the mode of transportation does.

In celebration of Smart Irrigation Month, which spreads the word about new technologies that maximize water efficiency, we’re taking you back to 1934 as a reminder that we’ve been encouraging the same thing for the past century.

Instead of a streetcar, today seven Water Saver vehicles hit the streets with a team of friendly water-saving enthusiasts canvassing the Denver metro area to communicate smart irrigation tips and tools, respond to water waste reports and provide watering advice.
